Milwaukee River Challenge

Milwaukee, WI – September 16th, 2023

The 20th annual Milwaukee River Challenge, sponsored by the Friends of the Milwaukee River, will be held September 16th. The 3-mile course starts on the Menomonee river and ends on the Milwaukee and includes a challenging greater-than-90-degree turn. More than a dozen bridges and the many riverside restaurants, as well as Schlitz Park, the Milwaukee River Walk and the Harley-Davidson Museum grounds provide spectacular vantage points for spectators. The Milwaukee River Challenge is an excellent venue for rowing spectators. Travel is via coach bus on September 15th. Regatta fee includes registration processing fees, trailer cost, coach bus travel, and all food from departure to return. Membership dues and regatta fees are non-refundable.

This regatta is open ONLY TO VARSITY rowers participating in the Fall Competitive Season.
