Annual Meeting of Membership

Tuesday, May 23rd at 6:30 pm: AT LEAST ONE PARENT OF EACH TCYR MEMBER IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS MEETING!

Information regarding volunteer opportunities will be presented this year.

Membership will vote on board positions, hear news about the previous and coming year for TCYR, and have a chance to meet and be heard by the TCYR Board of Directors.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE MEETING AT OUR BOATHOUSE.

According to the by-laws, we need a minimum number of rower representatives (a rep is one parent/guardian per registered rower in 2023) to vote on new leadership and initiatives set forth by the board.

Scott Loehrer, Club President, will be presenting information regarding the fleet, finances and membership.
